UCS Group found a new home where they consolidated all operations in one location. HLC negotiated a five-year lease for 7,528 square feet that provided both office and warehouse space suited to the company’s needs.
Through strategic negotiation, HLC delivered over $1.17 million in total savings, including favorable lease rates, free rent, and landlord-funded improvements. This consolidation eliminated multiple lease obligations, reduced operational complexity, and positioned UCS Group for more efficient growth and improved profitability.
