Dallas Industrial

1. Fragilepak Enterprises LLC leased 91,576 SF at 540 S Town East, Mesquite 75149. Jeff Pappas with Newmark represented the tenant. Josh Barnes and Blake Troiani with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Leon Capital Group.
2. Albert Uster Imports, Inc., leased 35,707 SF at 1020 Gateway Blvd, Coppell 75019. Curt Linn & Berkley Baker with Avison Young represented the tenant. Andrew Gilbert and Keaton Brice with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Stonelake Capital Partners.
3. American Produce and RePack renewed its lease of 10,005 SF at 2717 Market St, Garland 75041. Stephen Cooper with NAI Robert Lynn represented the tenant. Danny Phillips and Blake Troiani with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, BKM.

Fort Worth Industrial

1. Pepsico leased 263,003 SF at Westside 287, Fort Worth 76177. Dan Sullivan with Cresa represented the tenant. Matt Carthey and Walker Floyd with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Crow Holdings.
