Tim Mickey

Tim Mickey joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2026 and serves as IT Operations Manager. He brings a strong blend of operational, technical, and business expertise, with a demonstrated ability to support and secure mission‑critical systems in complex environments.

Prior to joining HLC, Tim spent 17 years as Manager of Information Technology at Gaedeke Group, LLC in Dallas, where he played a key role in managing enterprise IT operations for a commercial real estate organization. He later advanced into senior engineering and consulting roles across multiple companies in the DFW metroplex, further expanding his technical depth and strategic perspective. Tim has extensive experience overseeing IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity initiatives, vendor partnerships, and service delivery to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable operations.

Tim holds a legacy Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification and attended Texas A&M University. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis and traveling.
