Sergio Gareca

Sergio Gareca joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2026 and serves as a Market Analyst. He supports the industrial tenant representation division in market research, client communications, and transaction execution with a focus on creative office, flex, and industrial assets in Dallas’ urban core and infill markets. Sergio initially joined HLC as an intern in January 2026 before stepping into his full-time analyst role in June.

Prior to joining HLC, Sergio built a strong analytical foundation through institutional portfolio management and academic research at the University of North Texas. During this time, he managed a $1.7M portfolio and led financial modeling and valuation initiatives.

Sergio graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Texas with a BBA in Finance and is a Texas Real Estate Commission license holder.

In his free time, Sergio enjoys playing tennis, playing the electric guitar and piano, and exploring the local food scene.
