Philip Davis

Philip Davis joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2026 as a Vice President of Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments (HLCI). He is responsible for the oversight, management, and execution of portfolio-related business strategies spanning leasing initiatives, operations, and construction projects.

Prior to joining HLC, Philip was a Principal of Asset Management for MoxieBridge, where he focused on executing strategy for the operations, leasing, construction management, and reporting for the firm’s office and industrial assets. Before MoxieBridge, Philip began his career at KPMG, LLP in Dallas, where he rose to Manager and performed financial statement audits on both public and private organizations in the financial services and private equity sectors.   

Philip received his BBA and MPA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. Philip is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Texas.
