Brandt Markussen

Brandt Markussen joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2020 and serves as the Managing Principal of Development & Construction in the Dallas Corporate Office. He is responsible for managing development and tenant improvement projects for Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments. Brandt focuses on carrying projects through pre-construction, due diligence, engineering, and design throughout the construction process.

Prior to joining HLC, Brandt served in a Project Management role for more than 10 years at Rogers O’Brien Construction and CBRE where he managed Development and Tenant Improvement construction. While at Rogers-O’Brien and CBRE he gained valuable experience working on Industrial, Healthcare, Hospitality and Tenant Improvement projects.

Brandt received a BS in Construction Engineering from Texas Tech University.
