Bradley Pounds

Bradley Pounds joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in April 2026 and serves as Assistant Vice President of Risk Management. Bradley is focused on helping grow and support the HLC insurance agency.

Prior to joining HLC, Bradley was developing his book of business at Marsh McLennan Agency with a focus on commercial real estate and hospitality clients. Prior to joining the insurance industry, Bradley was in orthopedic sales, managing the Dallas territory.

Bradley received a Bachelor of Science in Business from Texas A&M University in 2017.

Bradley was born and raised in Spring, Texas, and relocated to Dallas following graduation, where he met his wife, Caroline. They are proud parents to their one-year-old son, Garrett, and are active members of Northwest Bible Church.
