Brad Davey

Brad Davey joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2026 as Managing Principal of Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments (HLCI), where he leads the firm’s acquisitions platform and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing industrial acquisition opportunities.

Prior to joining HLCI, Brad spent over 20 years in institutional real estate investment management, most recently as a Managing Director at Clarion Partners, where he led Central Region acquisitions and closed approximately $2.5 billion in transactions across industrial, multifamily, office, and retail properties. Earlier in his career, he worked on the Income & Growth team at LaSalle Investment Management and began his career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch.

Brad is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He served as a Captain in the U.S. Army’s Military Intelligence Corps before beginning his career in finance, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Industrial and Office Park Council (IOPC) Green Product Council and the investment committee of the Inasmuch Foundation.
