Andi Diaz

Andi Diaz joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2026 and serves as Manager of Client Services. In this role, she focuses on strengthening client relationships, supporting strategic marketing and business development initiatives, and enhancing HLC’s presence in the market. She collaborates closely with firm leadership, leasing, and property management teams to identify growth opportunities and elevate the overall client and tenant experience.

Prior to joining HLC, Andi served as Senior Marketing Manager at Integrity in Dallas, where she supported internal communications and company events within the insurance technology industry. She led company-wide communication initiatives and partnered closely with marketing and human resources teams to improve internal operations and implement new strategic approaches.

Andi earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from East Texas Baptist University. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Dallas and volunteering with her church community and Dallas CASA.
