Adam Curran, SIOR

Adam Curran joined Holt Lunsford Commercial (HLC) in 2023 and serves as Managing Principal of Industrial Occupier Solutions. In this role, he leads the firm’s industrial occupier services platform, mentoring brokers while advising end-user clients on the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development of industrial real estate. Additionally, he serves HLC as a part of the leadership team.

Prior to joining HLC, Adam served as a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he completed more than 4.8 million square feet of industrial transactions and played an active role in mentoring young professionals entering the industry. Earlier in his career, Adam served as Chief Operating Officer of Mercer Company and as a Market Director at NAI Robert Lynn.

Over the course of his nearly 20-year career, Adam has completed more than 10 million square feet of industrial transactions and has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker, D CEO Power Broker, Black’s Guide 35 Under 35 honoree, and Cushman & Wakefield Americas Achievement Award recipient. Recently, Adam earned the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation.

Adam earned a B.A. in Religion from Baylor University and is a licensed Texas real estate professional. He is also a former elder at Northway Church in Dallas.

Adam and his wife have two children, and outside of work he stays active as a current Scout leader and has served the YMCA as his kids’ baseball and softball coach. They also have established endowed scholarships at Baylor University and Trinity Christian Academy in memory of his late father. In his free time, he enjoys reading, listening to good music, and finding a great restaurant.
