Will Johnson

Will Johnson joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2026 and serves as an Investment Analyst. In this role, his key responsibilities include utilizing data to monitor industry trends, evaluating and underwriting potential investments, and supporting transaction execution.

Prior to joining HLCI, Will gained valuable experience across multiple sectors of commercial real estate. He interned with AHC Funds in Chicago, focusing on multifamily investments, and later worked at Fort Capital in industrial acquisitions, where he assisted in underwriting numerous deals and evaluating investment opportunities.

Will graduated from Northwestern University in 2026 with a degree in Learning and Organizational Change, with a concentration in Finance. He was also a member of the Northwestern baseball team.

In his free time, Will enjoys attending concerts, playing sports with family and friends, and attending Doxology Church in Fort Worth.
