Ryan Dornak

Ryan Dornak joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2026 and serves as Construction Manager in the Dallas corporate office. He is responsible for executing tenant improvements and major capital improvement projects across the firm’s industrial portfolio. Ryan oversees all phases of project delivery—including pre‑construction, design, construction, and closeout.

Before joining HLC, Ryan served as a Project Manager with MAPP in Dallas and previously held an operations role at Pacific Builders, where he managed both ground‑up and tenant improvement projects. During this time, he gained wide‑ranging experience across industrial, corporate office, healthcare, hospitality, and mission‑critical sectors while supporting clients throughout the Texas, California, and Colorado markets.

Preceding his time at MAPP & Pacific, Ryan held senior project management and engineering positions within the public oil and gas sector, including deep‑dive technical studies, full‑cycle project delivery, data science adoption, and M&A integration efforts.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, with additional studies at Rice University.

Outside of work, Ryan and his wife, Jackie, enjoy spending time with their two daughters at their community church and on the tennis court and golf course. Ryan also enjoys continuing his service on his community’s Architectural Review Committee.
